Job Description
Are you hungry and passionate in building and developing territories? Have you got the entrepreneurial skills to adapt to keep on trend? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to grow and develop our client's portfolio whilst maintaining their excellent reputation.
Based on the idyllic Island of Anglesey, you will be a key player in managing day to day operations, building and nurturing relationships with clients as well as developing your own team to drive Sales and market the business to increase the customer base. 
As an Operations Manager you will be required to:
  • Take ownership of Territory growth, financial and commercial performance
  • Manage Day-to-day operations with your team, local suppliers and stock
  • Liaise with Head Office for local marketing initiatives, including events and business development opportunities
  • Growing and develop your own team as the business starts to build
  • Understand and adhere to company standard operating procedures to ensure compliance of company operational best practices
  • Build relationships with potential clients through B2B and networking events
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience (e.g. operations management, service sector, sales & marketing, P&L management)
  • Self-driven, Performance orientated & outstanding organisational skills
  • Hands On approach to ‘on the ground’ management
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills as well as great “people” management experience
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Local knowledge is required, and applicants should ideally be based within a commutable distance of Anglesey
  • Hospitality or Property experience are desirable but not essential
  • Availability to work flexible hours to meet business needs
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £30,000 per annum plus OTE and company benefits.
